Our long-standing partnership with UPS FedEx DHL and other international carriers allows us to offer an array of shipping services. Our warehouse staff will package all goods to our exacting specifications. Before shipping, all goods are carefully examined and securely secured. Every day, we deliver to thousands of customers across different countries. This is a sign of our determination to become the biggest online retailer in the world. The warehouses are located in Europe in the same way as they are in USA.

Note that orders containing more than one item are subject to a processing period that is based to the item.

We will inspect each and every one of the items ordered before shipping. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between 3 and seven days.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we cannot fully manage it due to the fact that multiple stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual stock can change at any moment. It is possible that your order may be out of stock once your order has been made.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven\’t received your product within 30 days, we are not able to provide a refund or an exchange.

You can only return an item when it\’s unopened and in the same condition as the day you received it. It must also still be in its original packaging.
